Prof. Tr : We don't do that (salami) here, I don't like it. This is not about number of article, this is about the quality of artilce. I prepare publish a complete article instead of slice the data to get more article.

Prof. Tr : Research is not competition, so never compare your result with your collages result!

Prof. Tr : Fail is common in research, but we have to make sure that we minimize our faliure. 

Prof. Tr : I don't like be rash, we can't produce a good data when we in hurry.
